Our company control the Product Parameter and Material strictly. We test all performance parameters of OEM turbos and produce turbos according to our data of detection & material report in order to ensure the Quality and Performance.
The annual output of our Turbochargers is more than 100000 pieces. Our main processing equipment: 1) HARDINGE CNC 2) 4-axis linkage machining center: Jirfine Taiwan CNC 3) DingFeng Taiwan CNC; Our main checkout equipment:1) REDAT (THE TURBO ROTOR SHAFT &WHEEL BALANCING TEST) 2) UK TECHNICS (THE TURBO CARTRIDGE BALANCING TEST) 3) REDAT (BYPASS VALVE TEST) 4) NJ408 (OVERALL PERFORMANCE TEST BENCH)
The quality of Idle Actuator, Throttle Body and Auto Sensor is equal to OEM's quality, because our core parts are the same with OEM supplier. The above products have passed TS16949 certification, it means that we not only can produce OEM-standard turbos but we also accept Customized Products order.
